doodah, evidently appears there is not appreciation of beauty and you therefore are the true snob.

    3. doodah  11/27/2010 01:33 PM Report

The art world, I would guess, is a world for snobs (people with too much easy money and too much easy time) and snob wannabees to move up the stairway to heaven with their chins in the air and the smell of their own farts perfuming everywhere. And so, it is justified, shitting on the artist and encouraging their pain and death (at least in their own minds (conscious and sub-conscious). . A fascinating 'world', I'm sure.

Maybe his book is something like that?

What a wonderful way to write a tell-all book about a bitch (famous or otherwise).

Actually rob and RE, Steve Martin is an excellent actor. I don't care for him much, personally. But I have to admit, he is an EXCELLENT ACTOR. If you haven't seen any of his movies, you should start with, 'Roxanne' (I think it was); I was very surprised with his abilities as a REAL actor.

Steve comes off as one helluva guy. Not over impressed with himself. His love of art - particularly with music for me - is great. The world's a better place with him, slap stick and all - or even because of it.

Nevertheless, I think he'll always be remembered aping an hieroglyph, sporting an arrow through his head, and I wonder if anyone would care about the rest if it weren't for that.
