David Letterman went to Ball State too, so that makes two of them. I don't watch Letterman. I am reminded tho of when I first walked into Harrod's in the mid-'70s, but I'll leave that to those who have had that experience. It must be unusual in any case to see an American in Britain without a camera these days, tho there seems to be no shortage of ugg boots genuinetheir opposite number over here. She might have been asked how she expected to find a mkt for all that grand stuff over there or in the Middle East. Maybe China..

Anglea Ahrendts is a woman that can manage the commerce of any brand. She is well deserving of the position as CEO of Burberry. Her insight, passion, and skills do exceed far beyond these few minute recaps of her persona and career. I should know... I worked directly with her;during her time at Donna Karan NY Int'l..

I wish her and her family well.

Happy for her save for the catering to the HIGH END effetery. Wont run into her down at the pub, which is more than ok.

I thought it was a rather nice interview and especially encouraging that she came from a small town in Indiana, living her dream and is being so very successful at it. That's what the whole point of the foundation is helping people pursue their dreams. The 6 pages article in the WSJ helped pull together some points that Charlie was not able to do in his limited 18 minutes here. Charlie did do a professional interview - as always.

I don't have any idea what she was talking about. She might as well be speaking of charity work or Mother Thearsa the way she was going on about her company.

After all, it's simply jackets their peddling. Not the cure for cancer or hiv. Very shallow and greedy way to go through life.
