The thing that gets me is when Charlie's eyes light up whenever he gets the chance to say "global brand" and talk about merchandising. These are the things that really excite Charlie. Baseball, or anything of actual physical substance, is just background.

IMHO, he ruined baseball and professional sports as much as any one person has, and it should have been mentioned that the Yankees won a few pennants before his time.
