      Didn't see this, so prob. unfair. But the query is compelling. Given the venality of our pols., our culture, our very nature any more, how does Kenny NOT take some off the top? A shared kick-back here, a parsed favor there. Built in rational: after all it's only BP bad-guy money. And the magnitudes. So much to skim, so little time.

      He could use pols., Congresspersons, judges, execs., financial wise-guys, war contractors, ad nauseam for examples. Would you want anyone of today's standards handling your affairs that didn't? Would be incompetent.

      In 9-11 I don't know who ppl could have expected to sue so I expect this job to be harder.
