      Batali is wonderful. A humble, generous spirit. Would love to have a meal with him. Patient even when Charlie interrupts.

      Yeah, I agree with all that, and the idea of eating stuff in season. I made a pizza and a big salad Saturday. Drink the glass of red wine nearly every day, too.
