      Dennis Hopper "Im Still looking for that great role" at this point my interest in Dennis hasnt told me the answer yet if he ever got that role Charlie you did a job with dennis in this interview It is a good basic and then some Chat with dennis,, James Dean the best actor I ever saw,, says hopper pretty strong statement Lots of good history from Dennis

      I agree. I feel the interview didn't leave the best impression but at the same time I think I understand what he was trying to do. Many artists with incredibly creative minds have left us without feeling they have peaked,this serves as a testament of the greatness we never got to see. Despite Dennis Hoppers great career, he felt it was very unfinished. Sort of like Edgar Allen Poe to a certain extent. And Charlie Rose is definitely the type to see the beauty in what is ugly so I could understand it.Despite that, the last five seconds def should been on a softer tone lol. BTW I totally agree that this is an amazing program. Its smart, educational, meaningful and everything this lost generation needs right now. I'm very happy for CR success.

      Charlie, I love you man. I watch all the time. Love that I can watch online anytime I want. Your show is an institution. The best & smartest show on television. Loved this episode, a celebration of Dennis Hopper's life & work. But I really think you missed the mark with how you edited the ending! You used your question & his answer to say that his career was a failure!?!? That's Dennis Hopper man! Show some respect! haha Very enjoyable all the way thru. Then the last 5 seconds left a bad taste in my mouth. Anyone else feel the same?
