Did I forget to mention she always provided a forum for the biggest crooks to float their excuses past the public just before they knew they were about to be pilloried in front of America for their greed; Countrywides Mozillo, Goldmans Rubin, Summers, hachetman Welch all the biggest crooks find their way to CNBC the mouthpiece for Americas legalized gangsters ...the peasants be damned, whats the matter that you can't do what you love? Why do talking heads make so much money than people who work for a living? Mick Jagger even described what he does as work. When did that train jump the tracks? If you're doing what you love then it ain't work, its occupying your time and getting paid for it because your rolodex is more potent than the next guys. Thats how wealth is redistibuted.

Funny you should say that. Charlie happens to be a sexy, intelligent, and charming man who doesn’t need to change his name.
REMant, if memory serves, you mentioned you were a reporter in Vietnam. Did you happen to report on the bubble? And what about male reporters who boosted and still boost Wall Street? I know what you mean, though, as most female reporters also have to be beautiful to look at ... and not all male reporters look like Charlie.

Maria Fartaroma, is a beautiful, sexy, intelligent, charming lady. But I think she should change her last name (for professional reasons). .. A name like that doesn't fit such a pretty face.

TV business reporters seem to me to be a species of weather girls. Outside of the so-called business channels we don't see much of them these days, and perhaps the networks learned a lesson from the last few years. But I can't forgive any of them for boosting everything Wall St prior to the collapse and even afterward, and it appears this book is a similar sort of self-promotion. Didn't even write it herself, you say?
