      Interesting that 2 of the three leading factors for happiness are happiness w your gov't and quality of sleep. Clearly it's much more complex than this. i wish he'd gone into how personality differences contribute to level of happiness (Charlie briefly hot on it).

      Did Bertrand Russell say that no one is happy or is Russell being used as an easy target? Russell, in fact, wrote a book explaining how to be happy: The Conquest of Happiness.
