      And all of these things will be pirated and freely available within hours. That is, to ppl who read. Or, it seems, even to those who don't. Media seem to be converging and it will all soon be offered on demand. Clearly there will be a lot of market-making attempted here, and not much browsing allowed, as there has always been. But I doubt the pirates will give up until the marketers do, nor, I think, should they, and that probably the authors should thank them for it.
