In case you were having a quick look at the crystal ball to take the measure of how the debt standstill will affect the huge numbers of migrant workers there ... and migrant workers across the world if contagion brings on a second meltdown in global financial markets.

This was an interesting and informative discussion. The question of how a major Hamas figure, one high on Israel's wanted- list could go around without bodyguards is a real one. Also the question of what exactly he was doing in Dubai is important.
I am not sure that Israel did this or did it alone. Why? It seems to me the risk was too great, too many operatives were involved. Also the backlash politically is a price which would have been thought about by Israel.
Yet another reason for its perhaps not having been Israel is that Israel has bigger targets, including those involved in the Iranian nuclear program.
On the other hand , if it was Israel there is reason for this. The Hamas leader executed was responsible for a number of terror acts against Israelis, including the kidnapping and torturing of two soldiers. He also was supposedly the major connection between 'Hamas' and 'Iran' in regard to weapons- shipments.

I have a question ? Israel is located in a location where there are many countries do not want to completely destroy Israel. Don't the Israelis think or the Jewish people think what are doing there in that part of the world ?
Have any Israelis thought until when we have to live in constant fear ?
The other point I would like to mention Israel did the assassination not for the first time. Israel conducted many assassinations in the past and there was led by the current Minster of Defense Yahod Barrak in Beuirt , Lebanon.
It is not surprising that Israel made such assassination & it will continue to do so .

Make that 7:1. Tsk, tsk.

Counterpoint. How do you measure terror. The US has killed over 20k in Afghanistan (vs 3k at ground zero); a ratio of 3:1 so far. Israel's kill ratio is 100:1. Blockading flts to and from the US and Israel works for me. And as far as nuclear secrets and otherwise have been exchanged between these two (terrorist?) states as well.
The Mossad exemplifies the arrogance of it's parent.
The most impressive part of this episode was the face recognition software of the UAE. (And the shear number 26? used by Mossad. Seems clumsy - excessive for cloak and dagger intrigue.)

IT WAS STUNNING TO LEARN FROM YOUR PROGRAM THAT THERE ARE ALMOST A DOZEN FLIGHTS WEEKLY BETWEEN SYRIA AND IRAN.
Given that we are engaged in a War On Terror, how is it that there is no land, air, and sea blockade of commerce and transport between Syria and Iran? Iran seeks to be a nuclear rogue and operates a despotic, megalomaniacal regime; Syria is a designated terrorist nation, home to Hamas and Hezbollah, and all three receive military support and direction from Iran. And is it not possible, that Mahmoud al-Mabhoub went to Dubai to engage in commerce of nuclear secrets to later transfer between Syria and Iran?

IT WAS A STUNNING THING TO LEARN THAT THERE ARE ALMOST A DOZEN FLIGHTS WEEKLY BETWEEN SYRIA AND IRAN.
How is it that our War On Terror excludes a blockade of air-traffic and other traffic between Syria and Iran? Syria is a terrorist nation, Iran is a despot nation actively developing military grade nuclear capability, and yet the War On Terror does not see fit to disrupt commerce and traffic between these two nations? Is it possible that Mahmoud al-Mabhoub went to Dubai to engage in nuclear commerce, which he might then have transferred to both Syria and Iran?
