bonnieaking, the interviews referred to are with Dennis Potter. He wrote the ground breaking TV series The Singing Detective and Pennies From Heaven. You can read about him on wikipedia. Before his death, he gave a series of interviews with Melvyn Bragg that looked unflinchingly at the meaning of life and death. These were published, and you can find them at Amazon by searching "books" under Dennis Potter. Good luck!

bonnieaking, you want to refer to the interview with the director Tom Ford, I believe, on Dec 11. The film derives from a book by Christopher Isherwood. You will find a Wikipedia page about it all.

What were the interviews of a man who was dying that Colin and Charlie referred to?
