      Unfortunately, not only are the immigrants more motivated, but also, they are often the only ones with a decent education, which they got elsewhere. It really is time to pay more attention to our current population and stop treating the country as if it were just a market for labor. What difference would it make where the next Silicon Valley is if none of the ppl in it were born here? This is the same kind of reasoning that says let's have the corp hqs and do the finance here, but let the Chinese do the work. Besides, what good will a brain drain do the 3d world? Frankly, after two years of this, Charlie, I think you must either have an unbelievable capacity for compartmentalization or you have not been paying attention. This is a policy that can only really benefit the corporate men without a country.
