I thought less than nothing of this conversation, tho the idea may have been nice in theory, and I guess they were easy to get at short notice. I think, BTW, it says little for our politics and system of govt that we have ppl like Duberstein in it. He should have served in Vietnam, but it doesn't appear that he was ever even near the military. Fortunately, he was not asked his opinion of this impending escapade, but only of its "politic." But given his record with Fannie Mae, etc., I think he should be persona non grata, period. However, I presume most of the viewers got the same impression, but, the sad thing is, that it won't make any difference to him what they think.
