      This is a very interesting an provocative discussion regarding the mind's ability to make effective and ineffective snap judgments as was the case with the four police officer who shot and killed Amadou Diallo. Among many interesting points is one in which Malcom describes President Harding's good looks as a filter which prevented the electorate from judging is ineffectualness.
