      In France, Italy and Germany you go where the truckers and office workers go, and I'm sure the same is true of other countries, except of course in the US, where image or price matters more than substance, but there are nearly no good places to eat here anyway, and what there are, as unaffordable as healthcare (and for the same reason), so the question is moot. Somehow I don't think R W Apple did that. Most Americans would not do that either, because they don't speak the language, and have no taste or interest in foreign food except perhaps for pizzas and schnitzels. Clyde Haberman, I suspect, probably knows a few good places.
