      david chang is the most inspiring chef since marco pierre white watched the interview and it was like he was reading my mind at last someone who is putting the welfare of the chefs first and stripping all the conveluted bull shit out of the restaurant game you are the man much respect , all other resturanteurs take note honesty integrity loyalty its that simple i have a new lease on my cooking career after listening to you , stand proud david chang and team, represent
