You get the sense with Scarborough that you're getting whatever he suggests is true shoved down your throat. Give it up, the disparity of income and opportunity is testimony that, when left to its own devices, wealth doesn't trickle down when it can be hoarded. The middle class has been left out in the cold for too long ...and it didn't take that long. Another thing, when the issue of raising taxes comes up please stop trying to hitch the wealthy's wagon to folks who are struggling by deliberately leaving

the distinction under the rug. The mouthpiece whores for priviledge have the masses under their spell with slogans that substitute for a reasoned examinations of truths on the ground. Wall street seems to be the only place where this recovery has taken hold.

Clinton didn't speak, I hope, because he was afraid to put his foot in it. It made all the sense in the world to send him over there, of course, because he is shameless. There is a lot of perceptiveness in what Joe says, but a lot that misses the mark by miles. What was all the so-called stimulus for, but to increase employment? But it tried (I hope) to create sustainable jobs, and that, because there is no choice this time, except to do that. As a result, employment hopefully is not going to take off in a cloud of reflation this time. Again my feeling about Obama's political capital is that he actually hasn't tapped much of it yet. Instead he has given Congress enough rope to hang themselves, which they have gladly done.

Joe Scarborough seems too thoughtful and considerate, too intelligent, too grounded in reality, too rational and sane,

and too reasonable to be a conservative. Perhaps Joe should start his own political party.

The Republican party should be re-named as the "White Supremacist, Christian Militia, Hate, Fear, Lies and Misinformation Party". Joe just does not seem to fit into the Republican stereotype. For that matter, neither does Colin Powell.
