Was President Nixon drunk or did Henry Kissinger Drug him?

ALISTAIR HORNE: Well, I think it comes to the year of Europe, where Kissinger had -- the relations were not very good. I don’t think it was one of his great successes at all, and of course he had against him Ted Heath, who didn’t like America, didn’t like Americans, and was only really

interested in Europe. And was very unhelpful to you during the Yom Kippur war, because he wouldn’t allow refueling flights from Britain.

ANTON: Is Alistair saying that the United States was gathering Intelligence for Israel and they are such good friends that they bombed the United States?

“The combined air and sea attack [on the USS Liberty] killed 34 crewmembers (naval officers, seamen, two Marines, and a civilian), wounded 171 crew members, and damaged the ship severely. The ship was in international waters north of the Sinai Peninsula, about 25.5 nautical miles (47.2 km) northwest from the Egyptian city of Arish.” Wikipedia

With friends like this we certainly do not need Enemies.

When will Henry be brought before an International Court and made to answer for his possible War Crimes?
