      sharonafox,

One does hope that Mrs. Benjamin Bradlee of Laird-Dunlop, Porto Bello, and East Hampton rewarded you well for your public relations spin on their ... err ... situation.

Insist that you receive your funding offshore and not, as last time, via an old brown paper shopping bag in the parking lot of your local Wal-Mart.

The show with this inspirational family was so uplifting!

I tuned into the show after introductions had been made so I watched the interview without the knowledge that Quinn Bradlee had some sort of learning disability. I found him to be extremely intelligent and skilled in gracefully articulating his ideas and feelings. And the fact that he also accented his conversation with humor indicated great intellectual thinking on his part.

What I observed was a very handsome, brilliant young man with a great sense of humor and heart supported by loving parents who had the brains to ignore the ignorant assessment of so-called experts.

Bravo to all of them and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this beautiful young man and his future bride. God Bless them all.

And Charlie, thank you for another wonderful interview...it was such a lovely gift.

I just couldn't make it through the day without hearing the commentary of one of Georgetown's Most Powerful Cocktail Party Hostesses. I mean, Mrs. Benjamin Bradlee of Laird-Dunlop, Porto Bello, and East Hampton provides one with insights and information like no other.

And thank whatever deity you worship for that!

Hope you got a big contribution to the retirement fund for this drivel, Charlie.

Learning disabilities there may be, but it is very clear to me that there are also what has been termed "multiple intelligences" and that ppl differ in capabilities quite a lot, even in the way they do the same task, so much so that disability may be meaningless. I think all women tend to be hysterical, so don't worry excessively about it.
