      Some argue that advertising plays an essential role in informing the public, but I'd say it is more in forming the mkt. Its value then depends on what you think of this mkt-making process. I'd say it is part of the attempt I mentioned the other day to monopolize instead of compete in a useful and productive fashion, which I do not think needs much hype. And altho he talks glibly about inflating our way out of the current monetary collapse, he is again thinking in terms that I hope will turn out to be just as antiquated.
