Nobody can do it with the Redskins; not as long as

Junior Napoleon keeps his deathgrip on them, and keeps knocking the blocks over with his big muscles.

I never thought the Colts would make it to the playoffs much less be a perennial contender and Superbowl winner, Manning or no (I even thought Harrison a terrible draft pick), so my hat's off to Dungy, but, nevertheless, I'll bet he couldn't have done it with the Redskins.

Tony Dungy is such a great inspiration. I always liked him, every team he touched was incredibly good and raised the level of competition. He reminds me of Joe Gibbs, he motivates people with kindness, where your innate sense of fairness is what makes you not want to disappoint him, intensely. I didn't even know he was part of Steeler's dynasty of the 70s. But it's really no surprise, that Tampa Bay team that won the Super Bowl was really stolen from him, that was his team, he built it from scratch. But he would never say anything like that. He just went to Indiannapolis and completed his mission with them. The world needs more Tony Dungys. God Bless Tony Dungy.
