      Dear Mr. Rose:

First, as an aside, let me compliment you and your team for your/the new nifty (state-of-the-art) website!

In reference to Monday night's show, I really enjoyed your interview with Mr. Negroponte. When the gentleman mentioned that when the children would bring their computer/laptop home, the parents would wait till their kid was tucked in order to use it, I couldn't help but shed a few tears (I know, I know, you are going to think I'm a soft touch! So be it!)

It goes to show you what technology can really do. Mr. Negroponte demonstrated that the benefits of technology are not only financial but can also be socially empowering.

Mom (Bless her soul!) was right! The good, no matter what, always prevail, always succeed!

Thank you very much, Mr. Rose, for a great show!

      Sincerely,

      Paul Plamondon
