Your interview with Sorkin was sureal - are these incredible egomaniacs that nearly collapsed the WORLD markets really so obtuse as to believe the individuals who managed to save not just them but the rest of the world, are really not as important as the willing gamblers called shareholders? I am refering to the taxpaying public who pledged their future earnings to them thru taxation, which will over time increase, as a result of the TARP program. Now they strut and preen themselves exclaiming how wonderful a job they have done through the crisis oblivious to the suffering of the very people who kept them afloat. It is catastrophic that the American public does not march in the streets for tighter regulations to protect themselves against these institutions of greed.
