The good news is that you had a conversation about malaria in Africa. The bad news is that the information presented is more spin than reality ... Rwanda, Eritrea and Sao Tome and Principe as the key success stories after fund flows have increased from around $100 million in 2002 to perhaps $1.5 billion in 2007 is not success at all, but serious failure that the institutions (WHO-RBM, UN, MalariaNoMore, Gates Fdn, et al) do not want to address. Few of the high profile experts are experienced malariologists ... and it shows in the results.

I love you Charlie Rose. Thank you so much for having the Rwandan President Paul Kagame on your show. We [U.S.\ can learn more about the African continent concerning health, politics, and economic if you invite more of their diplomats or leaders to your show and ask questions directly. I am so sick and tired of BBC.

While it is wonderful that the you are discussing malaria on your program, you really need to include those of us who work on the ground in regions where malaria in endemic. We will tell you a very different and more realistic story than what any of your three panelist did about controlling and combating this disease.

Thanks to Charlie Rose for the excellent job covering this vitally important health issue that affects 250 million people, especially the poor. Also, fascinating guest interviews.
