As reported by in this interview (and elsewhere), is the false story that the Clinton camp is almost broke. So broke that staffers will forego their salaries. Well, it's NOT true! See ABC News:(http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/Vote2008/story?id=4257358&page=1) Why does the media allow the Clintons to promote false stories so that they get more donations?!?!?!?!

There have been a lot of comments that Obama is attracting Republicans who somehow think he is conservative. This maybe true, and this Trojan Horse tactic of enchantment, may hold and help him get elected, but if so it will keep him from getting anything done. MANDATES MATTER: The fact that Obama does not state details of what he will do, on the stump, shows that he does not understand mandates. This lack of understanding shows his inexperience. A president elect does not need a mandate if he controls Congress by a solid majority. So, Bush could claim anything he wanted, and spend his capital as he saw fit. Such will not be the case with a newly elected Democrat. I know that Obama supporters have said that Obama's detailed plans are on his Website. But that is not a mandate, and if it is, it will surely be a first, and deeply questioned. I know Obama supporters have said that Obama's lack of details on the stump, is "not a bug, but a feature". Surely they are thinking, that the vagueness and appeal to personality will help Obama get elected, because some Republicans and Independents will vote for him, not knowing his website specifics, and not realizing his agenda. And this Trojan Horse tactic might work to get him elected. But it will not work to get his agenda passed, because he has no mandate to point to. All he can point to is change. OK, they will agree to change the time for lunch, or change the light bulbs, or...But when it comes time for something progressive, and those Republicans are getting letters three to one from their constituents saying they never knew and did not vote for Obama to do xyz, and will not feel compelled to support a Mandate less President. Nothing will get done, and we will have another Jimmy Carter. So, Obama, where is the beef? Show us the money.
