Gina, Sure I would like Pitt's looks and money. But are you unaware of the self-aggrandizement and narcissism of this guy and the overall celebrity culture? Do you think 'Oceans 11' is art? Maybe you need a actual man of merit to admire rather than a media image.

Brad Pitt seems like a guy of average intelligence. His described idea of his practical joke in Mexico is the kind of thing a jerk does, but he is rich and famous so it is considered 'cute'. I wonder about all the kids he is adopting. Are they really just 'fashion accessories' like the silly hat he wears indoors in a TV studio? Well, only in America can some beefcake actor's ideas on topic like architecture and world peace be taken seriously. Not to worry, in a few years some other handsome pin-up will take his place. Describing Pitt as an 'artist'? So he is like Picasso or Bob Dylan? Give us all a break.
One more thing on Frank Lloyd Wright and the Darwin Martin House. It was (his) largest private estate that Wright built in his career and is currently being restored by the Martin House Restoration Corporation in Buffalo who are doing an outstanding job in restoring this complex! Every part of the original design by Frank Lloyd Wright is being meticulously restored and reconstructed according the his original plans. Throughout Frank Lloyd Wright's career, to show how important and connected he was to this house and its estate he kept the sketches pinned to a board above his desk. He considered himself America's greatest architect, he said so himself, (smile). And I believe that it was Frank Lloyd Wright who gave America its own architecture by designing the Prairie House because it represented the landscape of America, this country, not the landscape of European architecture. Frank Lloyd Wright broke mold. PBS periodically airs its original production of (Frank Lloyd Wright's Buffalo)and you can also purchase a copy directly from the non-for-profit organization at the (darwinmartinhouse.org) website. It worth every penny if you love American architecture to see.
Well said Brad on your philosophy on life especially your being in the public eye. I get it. You cannot please everybody all of the time. There are going to be those who share your same philosophies and there will be those who won't and that's okay. Just keep doing what you're doing to the best of your ability (which you always do). People who are open-minded and positive will get something out of it positive and people who are close-minded and negative won't. What's important is that we all learn something from each other that helps us to grow and some grow a little more forward than others. Brad Pitt, you're great and a positive energy...On the topic of architecture, I had no idea Brad Pitt loved architecture though I know the depth of his involvement in New Orleans in rebuilding after Katrina. Being a unofficial officienado of Frank Lloyd Wright especially the Darwin Martin House in Buffalo, New York which was the largest private estate complex of 5 building designs erected on 1.5 acres of land in 1905. I can certainly appreciate this newfound quality of Brad I am learning about him. Brad Pitt is so intelligent on so many different levels. Charlie, I like this idea, very nice and I LOVE YOU!..(always love Charlie!). You're the best! Can you tell I have a crush or two? (smile)

Or maybe Hitchens or even just some guy who wrote a book they made into a movie...<<Hey Kissinger, remember when you paid off the govt of that South American country to send soldiers to arrest that guy?
