Classic Rickles. At first it was introspective, but it quickly devolved into the normal Rickles.. how he advises the young to not be mean spirited? Some would say his whole act is mean spirited, but he punctuates everything afterward by taking it all back.. the remarks, insults, the whole bit.
This was a good although too brief interview of Rickles, sharp as ever, witty and worth a watch. A wry sense of humor as well. At 4 minutes it was cut short. See someone in the office duck out of sight in the first minute too!
Would be nice to see Rickles not fall into his act so quick though. Robin Williams does the same sort of thing.
