I had the great privilege of meeting Dr. Donny George through friends and the Bowers Museum (in Santa Ana, California, bowers.org) at the end of September last year. Not only did I attend his lecture at the museum, but I shared dinner meals with him, at the home of friends the evening prior, and, again, at a restaurant after a post lecture reception at the same home. He is an amazing intellect and personality, so articulate and sensitive. I cannot tell you (nor do I have to) about what an experience it was for me to meet him.
