How interesting to hear these two men with the benefit of hindsight. Seems most of what Richard thought would happen in the future was 90% wrong. He absolutely was convinced that more troops would be impossible because the US didnt have them and the American people wouldnt allow it. And in either case it would make no difference. WRONG ON BOTH COUNTS. And Bill was right on the money. It gave me a better appreciation and respect for Bill Kristol.
