After Katrina, Charlie had a guy on who had written a book about what needed to be done with respect to how the U.S. Corp. of Engineers needed to address issues in the nearby Mississippi Delta area in order to effectively protect New Orleans in addition to just repairing Dikes and Levies. I am retired and now am thinking of moving to New Orleans where I will become politically active and would like to get this book so that I can follow up to make sure this work gets done. I couldn't remember his name and it was not on any of the New Orleans stuff I could pull up by a search. Perhaps it will ring a bell for Charlie and if you could email me this guys name i will order the book.

Thanks Charlie, your contribution to awareness is wonderful thing!
