      I want to thank Mr. Rose and programming for these interviews and, most recently, the airing of one of his entire operas Triste de Amor (sp?)

      I'm in central FL, can only afford basic cable, and other than 1-1/2 minute soundbites on local channels (all showing the same thing; Mr. Pavorotti hitting one of his high c's) could find next to nothing. I thought to myself, were I in the NE, I'd probably be surrounded by several channels and programs having to do with this wonderful man, and am still disappointed. However, many thanks to Mr. Rose and the programming department for our public tv station, where I at least had the pleasure of seeing the excellent interviews with Mr. Rose and will be forever grateful.
