Description

Congressman David Dreier, co-chair of Bush For President, California, and journalists Margaret Carlson of "Time" and E.J. Dionne of "The Washington Post" discuss presidential candidate George W. Bush's confirmation of reports that he had been arrested for driving while intoxicated over 20 years ago. Then, Dionne and Carlson stay on with Charlie to provide further analysis of revelations that George Bush was arrested for dricing under the influence 20 years prior.
