Harvard University's William Julius Wilson on his book "The Bridge over the Racial Divide", in which he looks at the ways that the imbalance of power in America has been deepened by the monetary, trade, and tax policies of recent years. Wilson also offers ways for middle- and working-class groups to overcome these racial divisions and correct the imbalance.
