      MR. STEELE'S COMMENT THAT BARACH OBAMA WON THE IOWA CAUCUS BECAUSE HE IS BLACK IS ALL WET. MR. OBAMA WON THE IOWA CAUCUS BECAUSE HE OFFERS MORE THAN THE OTHER CANDIDATES.
