This is the interview that put Val Kilmer on the map for me and made me a true fan - it was actually the first time I had ever heard/seen an interview with him and the thoughfulness, playfulness, and eloquence with which he answered questions and engaged in the dialogue with Charlie, completely won me over. I remember going to the show's site back then and not being able to find a video version of this interview (so disappointing) and then I left to work/live abroad for a few years - I have now stumbled upon it again and wish to thank you, Charlie Rose and gang (!), for making it available. As a former theater student/actor,the ability to "eavesdrop" on intimate dialogues like these puts me in touch with my own true nature and keeps the fires burning within (there is another interview with Kevin Spacey as AD of the Old Vic, which affected me the same way) - very inspirational. I actually have "The Charlie Rose Show" to thank for turning me on to many of the earth's most creative citizens - keep up the great work!
