Richard Keil is the Senior White House Correspondent for Bloomberg News. He joined Bloomberg in 1997, and has covered the White House since 1999. In that post, he served as Bloomberg’s lead political writer for the 2000 and 2004 presidential campaigns.
Before joining Bloomberg, Keil worked for 10 years at The Associated Press in Washington, covering beats ranging from the decline and fall of Marion Barry to investigations into the savings and loan scandal and presidential campaign finance.
