Acklin is an American television executive for the Public Broadcasting System (PBS). She is General Manager of WQED Multimedia, a subsidiary of Pittburgh’s PBS affiliate. She was also involved in the production of the PBS documentary “The War That Made America” which chronicles the French and Indian War.
