Ken Gormley is the dean and a constitutional law professor at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also serves as Counsel to Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.
He writes for popular publications ranging from Rolling Stone to the ABA Journal and is author of Archibald Cox: The Conscience of a Nation. An expert on the constitutional crises presented by Watergate, he also specializes in privacy issues and, in 2006, testified before the U.S. Senate regarding warrantless surveillance.[4] His most recent book, The Death of American Virtue: Clinton vs. Starr, was released on February 16, 2010.
