Joel L. Fleishman is a Professor of Law and Public Policy at Duke University where he has served in various administrative positions, including First Senior Vice President, since 1971. Mr. Fleishman is a founding member of the governing board of the Duke Center for Health Policy Research and Education and was the founding director from 1971 to 1983 of Duke University’s Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy.
