Tadeusz Witold Szulc (July 25, 1926 - May 21, 2001) was a Polish writer of non-fiction books. He was a foreign and Washington correspondent of “The New York Times” from 1953 to 1972, and he was a Knight of the French Order of Honor. His wrote numerous books ranging from “Pope John Paul II: The Biography”, and “Chopin in Paris: The Life and Times of the Romantic Composer”, to “Twilight of the Tyrants”, and “Dominican Diary”.
