Nina Zagat is an American business executive and attorney. Zagat, along with her husband Tim Zagat, are the co-founders of Zagat Restaurant Surveys, which use customer surveys to provide assessments of restaurants around the world. Also an attorney, she is most notable for her role in the administration of the Seward Johnson estate.
