William M. LeFevre (1928-1997) was a stock market analyst who frequently discussed financial trends in newspapers and magazines and on radio and television.

LeFevre was a senior analyst at Ehrenkrantz King Nussbaum, a New York stock brokerage firm. He had worked in the Wall Street financial district since 1949 and began writing a weekly markets newsletter in 1973. He was born in Muskegon, Mich., and attended Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H., and the University of Michigan.
