Albert Kreiger is the former president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and one of NACDL’s founding members,
Krieger was part of the defense team that won an acquittal on all counts in U.S. v Falcon & Magluta, which had 28 cooperating witnesses testifying for the government. Albert will also reference such cases as Cali Cartel, U.S. v. Gustafson, and the Aladdin Hotel & Casino in his discussion of “Communication in Cross-Examination.”
In 1995 he was the recipient of the coveted Heeny Award for his distinguished contributions to the criminal defense profession. He currently serves as ABA House of Delegates Liaison.
