Susanna Moore is an American novelist. She’s written eight books including “My Old Sweetheart”, “In the Cut”, and “The Whiteness of Bones”. She won the PEN/Ernest Hemingway Citation and the Sue Kaufman Prize from the American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters. Her memoir “I Myself Have Seen It: The Myth of Hawaii”, is about growing up in Hawaii. She received the 1999 Academy Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
