Lynn Olson has spent over eighteen years as a journalist covering public education, national education policy, and assessment issues. She is a senior editor of “Education Week” and project editor of that publication’s “Quality Counts” report. With a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, she published “The School-to-Work Revolution: How Employers and Educators Are Joining Forces to Prepare Tomorrow’s Skilled Workforce”. Olson graduated from Yale University, and her professional awards include those issued by the Education Writers Association, the National Association of Secondary School Principals, and the International Reading Association.
