Marc Tissot is a stage and screen actor. He has appeared onstage in Montreal in “Les Troyennes” and “Le Parc” and in several television series, including “Les Dames de Coeur” and “La Misere des Riches” for Radio-Canada. He moved to Paris in 1990 and studied voice with Giovanna Marini and theater with Vera Gregh and the Studio Pygmalion. He did theater workshop with John Strausberg and Maurice Benechou from the Peter Brook Company.
For French television, Tissot appeared in “Les Alsaciens.” He also played a bit part in the Merchant Ivory film “Jefferson in Paris” and in the film “Surviving Picasso.” In 1996 he was one of the stars of “The Proprietor” and was in the 2003 “Le Divorce.”
