Garry Kent Marshall is an American actor, director, writer, and producer. He wrote the movie “The Flamingo Kid”, and directed successful movies including “Nothing in Common”, “Overboard”, “Beaches”, “Pretty Woman”, “Frankie and Johnny”, and “Exit to Eden”. As an actor, he has appeared in “Murphy Brown”, and in numerous films from “Hocus Pocus”, and “Runaway Bride”, to “A League of Their Own”. Marshall has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
