Elisabeth Sussman is an American curator. She was Guest Curator for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Since the mid-1970’s she has worked as a curator with the Whitney Museum in New York, The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, and the Biennale of Sydney, Australia.

Sussman’s published books and catalogues include Keith Haring (Whitney Museum of American Art and Bulfinch), “Nan Goldin: I’ll Be Your Mirror” (Whitney Museum of American Art and Scalo Vrelag) and City of Ambition: Artists and New York (Whitney Museum of American Art and Flammarion). She was awarded a Rockefeller Foundation Residency in Bellagio, Italy.
