Thomas Kelly is an American author. Kelly has published three novels including “Payback” in 1997, which was originally adapted by David Mamet for a feature film, “The Rackets” in 2001, which was to be adapted for a television show with producer Sydney Pollack. He recently released his new book entitled “Empire Rising” to rave reviews. Kelly also writes for Esquire magazine and has written two episodes for the ESPN show “Tilt” including the Season 1 finale.
