Hector Feliciano is a Puerto Rican journalist who has lived for years in Paris and he is the author of ‘The Lost Museum: The Nazi Conspiracy to Steal the World’s Greatest Works of Art’. The book, which wrote about the art that had been confiscated during the Holocaust by the Nazis, rocked the art world when the book was published in 1997.
